Filter Suggestions for Prospect Review
If you have a lot of new prospects that need to be reviewed, it can be time-consuming. Applying different filters can help reducing time spent on reviewing unwanted prospects that don’t meet your set requirements. The list below shows examples of commonly-used filters
Note that the filter function works in “AND” logic, so records will need to meet all filter criteria set in order to appear in a search.
Filter Examples
To filter your own list using the examples below, replace the data shown within brackets [ ]with your desired search terms or numbers.
To search for the opposite results of the examples listed below, filter using the opposite operator like shown in the table below.

Filter Prospects by Traffic and Followers
- Alexa rank is less than [500,000]
- See more on Alexa Rank here
- Monthly visitors is greater than [100,000]
- Social audience is greater than [10,000]
- For stats on specific social platforms, use the platform's audience filter:
- eg. Instagram Audience is greater than [1,000]
- For stats on specific social platforms, use the platform's audience filter:
- Total audience is greater than [100,000]
Filter by Type of Site
- Retail Sites:
- Background info contains [“Shop”, “shipping”, “ship”, “free”, “boutique”, etc...]
- Blogs:
- Background info contains [“Blog”, “blogger”, “influencer”, etc...]
- Other content sites:
- Background info contains [“news”, “article”, “trends”, etc..]
- Influencers:
- Background info contains [“influencer”, “follow”, “subscribe”, etc...]
- Media Property URLs contain [instagram.com]
- Traditional Affiliates:
- Background info contains [“coupon”, “promo code”, “comparison”, “cashback”, “loyalty”, “deal”, etc...]
- Prospects that are already on affiliate networks:
- Affiliate network is ["ImpactRadius", "CJ" or any other networks]
Filter by Prospecting Integration Results (Source or Keywords)
- Filter by integration type:
- Source is [“Bing”, “Similar Web”, “Social discovery”,“RewardStyle”, “Affiliate Discovery”, “WebExtension”, “Prospect Import”, etc...]
- Source is [“Bing”, “Similar Web”, “Social discovery”,“RewardStyle”, “Affiliate Discovery”, “WebExtension”, “Prospect Import”, etc...]
- Look up all sites that were pulled in by the search query used on Bing, Social discovery, Affiliate Discovery, Amazon Associates and RewardStyle Integrations:
- Topics tags is [keyword used in original search]
- Topics tags is [keyword used in original search]
- Look up all sites that were pulled in using a competitors' url from a Similar Web integration:
- Competitors tags is [competitor’s domain used in original search]
Exclude Existing Partners, Competitors, and Your Own Site
- Exclude existing partners:
- Recruited Brands is not [brand name]
- Best for multi-brand companies who wish to filter out only one brand's partners.
- Recruited Brands is blank
- Can be used by single-brand companies, or multi-brand companies who wish to filter out the partners of all their brands combined.
- Primary contact email does not contain [partner's email address]
- Can be used to exclude a specific existing partner.
- Recruited Brands is not [brand name]
- Exclude competitors or your own brand:
- Name does not contain [Competitor brand or your brand name]
- Media Property URL does not contain [Competitor brand or your brand url]
Note: For these scenarios you could also use the "contains" filter instead of "does not contain" in order to pull up the undesired records (competitors, etc..) and bulk reject them so they are no longer in the New stage.
Filter by Countries
- Media Property URL contains [.uk]
- Audience country is [United Kingdom]
- Primary Contact Email contains [.uk]
- Background info contains [.uk] OR [country name]
Note: For these scenarios you could also use the " does not contain" filter instead of "contains" (or "is not" instead of "is") in order to pull up the undesired records (competitors, etc..) and bulk reject them.
