General Prospect Filtering
- Name > Contains > "Tech" or a keyword/name you are looking for
- Media Property URLs > contains > keyword, url, or social site name (used to search for a record using website or social profile)
- Source > is > choose from dropdown (how the record was brought into the tool)
- Primary contact email > is not blank (for prospects with email addresses)
- Recruited brands > is not _Your Brand____ (to take out prospects already in your program)
- Rejected brands > is not __Your Brand___ ( to take out prospects you've rejected on the network)
- Created at > select date
- Updated at > select date (to find prospects if you updated in bulk and wanted to find whoever was recently updated)
- Background Info > Contains > Keyword or Name

Helpful Filters for Reviewing Prospects
- Primary contact email > is Not Blank ( filters to records with an email)
- Monthly visitors > is greater than > X (filters to larger audiences)
- Media Property URLs > does not contain > .edu, etc…
- Alexa Rank > is not blank
- Moz Domain Authority > is greater than > X (the range is 1-100, higher being the better search rank in the SERP)
- Alexa language > Contains > "English"
- Audience Countries > is > X
- Source > is > X (pick from a drop down, this is the source of the prospect)
- Total Audience > is greater than / is less than > XXX (to filter to larger audiences)
- Stage > is > The stage of the prospect record (New, Qualified, Contacted, Rejected, etc…)
- Audience Countries > is United States (can help filter the sites audience to your country of interest)
Keyword Searching for Topics
- Name > Contains > "Tech" or something you are looking for
- Background Info > Contains > "Sport"
- Website URLs > Contains > "Deal"
- Topics > is > X (pick from a list, these are the search terms used to find prospects)
General Partner filtering suggestions
- Name > contains
- Brand > is > choose from dropdown
- Media Property URLs> contains (used to search for a record using website or social profile)
- Network Date Accepted > before/after/on > certain date
- Network Status > is > Approved/Declined/Pending (select from dropdown)
- Network > is > select network from dropdown
Partner Performance filtering suggestions
- Clicks > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
- Revenue > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
- Conversion Rate > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
- Avg. Order Size > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
- Order Count > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
- Network Commission > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
- Partner Commission > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
- Total Commission > select options such as is greater than / is less than > number
**All of the above are measured in 7days, 30days, 90 days and all time increments
Ex: Clicks(30) is greater than 500 will search for partners who have gotten at least 500 clicks in the last 30 days
Communications:
- Last Contact Date > After/Before/On/Within > XX date
- Last Reply Date > After/Before/On/Within > XX date
- Last Open Date > After/Before/On/Within > XX date
- Number of Messages Sent is not blank (or is a certain number to find recipients of a certain number of messages sent)
- Workflow (to see which workflow they are in)
- Workflow Stage (to see which stage/email message of the workflow they are on)
- Workflow exit status (Exited means they replied, Completed means they ran through the entire workflow)
