How to use the Prospect & Partner Star Ratings?

In Mediarails you are able to rate your Prospects and Partners for future reference using a 1-5 scale, shown using stars.

 

Star Ratings in Review Mode:

Rate prospects and Partners as you review them.

For example: If you think certain Prospects would make perfect partners, rate them with 5 stars so you can find all your favorites later in one group.

Star Ratings in the List View

• Use the Rating filter to locate the group of Prospects or Partners with a certain rating.
  • In the example below, the filter for Rating is greater than 1 was added to find the Prospects who were given a rating higher than 1 star.
    
    
• Use the Rating column to see the ratings for each record on your list. Click the column header once to sort the records from highest to lowest rating, or twice for lowest to highest.
  
  

Star Ratings on Prospect and Partner Detail Pages

Star Ratings for each Prospect or Partner can also be found in the About section of their detail page.
