How can I create a Do Not Contact list for Prospects?

The idea here is to essentially create a list of Rejected prospects that you can exclude from communications by using a filter for Tag is not "do not contact".

Instructions for creating/uploading a do not call list:

• Prep a file by adding the following columns to a spreadsheet:
• Name (the name of the record, typically going to be the website URL in this case)
• Media Property URLs (the website)
• Stage: use the value of "rejected"
• Tags: Use value "do not contact" Or something that fits your needs
• Save the file as .csv (row limit 5,000 records at a time)
• Import the file into the Prospect workspace:
• Select Tools
• Select import .CSV
• Choose the button that says Upload
• Wait for it to process, if it returns errors, download the errors, If there are any that need fixed, fix these, delete the 2 error column and re-upload the rows that need fixed
• You can exclude these records from any out bound communication by using a filter for Tag is not do not contact.
