Prospect Integration Tabs
Each prospecting Integration will have tabs on the left side that allow users to navigate between areas within each search. The exact fields within these tabs may vary between integrations.

Tab Definitions
About: Description of the Prospecting Integration
Criteria: Search criteria to be added by User
Filters: Additional filters to further define search criteria (available in some integrations)
Values: Values added by the user onto incoming records after they have come into the system, unrelated to search criteria
Limits: View details on the integration's current status
Affiliate Discovery, Amazon Associates and RewardStyle Integration Definitions
Criteria Tab
Keyword: Desired search term
Max Alexa Rank*: The maximum Alexa Rank desired
Min Alexa Rank*: The minimum Alexa Rank desired
Max Moz Authority*: The maximum Moz Domain Authority desired
Min Moz Authority*: The minimum Moz Domain Authority desired
Language: Desired language of a Prospect's site or social profile
Country: Desired country of a Prospect's site or social profile
Affiliate Network: The network associations desired, found by identifying the network associated with any redirect links present on Prospect's site.
Values Tab
Brand: Required Field - The User's Brand(s) associated with this particular search, to be applied to all prospects found
Channel: When the integration completes this Channel will be applied to all prospects found
Topics: When the integration completes this Topic will be applied to all prospects found
Category: When the integration completes this Category will be applied to all prospects found
Tag: When the integration completes this Tag will be applied to all prospects found
Geography: When the integration completes this Geography will be applied to all prospects found
Competitor: When the integration completes this Competitor will be applied to all prospects found
Limits Tab
Monthly Prospect Limit: The maximum number of Prospects that can be pulled in per month for each integration**
Prospects Created this Month: The number of Prospects that have resulted from this search in the last 30 days
Last Updated: The last date the integration ran
Import Rate: The number of prospect records that could be pulled in during each run
Bing & Content Search Integration Definitions
Criteria Tab
Query: Desired search term
Safe Search: Filters out results with Adult content.
- In Bing: Strict filters out Adult text, images, and videos. Moderate filters out Adult images and video but not text. Off does not filter out any Adult content.
- In Content Search: turn Safe Search on or off.
Language: Desired language of a Prospect's site or social profile
Country: Desired country of a Prospect's site or social profile

Min Alexa Rank*: The minimum Alexa rank desired
Max Alexa Rank*: The maximum Alexa rank desired
Min Moz Rank*: The minimum Moz rank desired
Max Moz Rank*: The maximum Moz rank desired
Min Moz Authority*: The minimum Moz Domain Authority desired
Max Moz Authority*: The maximum Moz Domain Authority desired
Include URLs matching Regex: Add Regex Coding language*** to include URLs with specific extensions or keywords
Exclude URLs matching Regex: Add Regex Coding language*** to exclude URLs with specific extensions or keywords
Contact Options: Contact options available
- blank will bring in all results
- Has Email will bring in results with Email Addresses
- Has Email or Contact Form will bring in results with email addresses and/or Contact Forms on their media properties.
Social Toggles: The social toggles allow users to include or exclude certain social platforms from a search

Mediarails Chrome Extension
The Mediarails Chrome Extension does not function like the other Integrations in the list. It is a Google Chrome extension that can be downloaded to create prospects from directly within a website or social profile, more info here
Instagram Discovery & YouTube Integration Definitions
Criteria Tab
Selected Keyword: Desired search term
Contact Options: Contact options available
- blank will bring in all results
- Has Email will bring in results with Email Addresses
Only Verified Accounts: Pull in Instagram-verified accounts which are noted by a blue badge within an Instagram bio
Has Sponsored Posts: Influencers who have been identified as having participated in Sponsored Posts
Influencer Filters Tab
Brands: Brands an Influencer has shown interest in via hashtags or mentions
Interests: Topics an Influencer has shown interest in by referencing in posts and hashtags
Countries: The countries an Influencer might be located in
Language: The language an Influencer might post in
Min/Max Age: The minimum and maximum age group of desired Influencers
Min/Max Followers: The minimum and maximum follower numbers of desired Influencer
Min/Max Engagement: The minimum and maximum engagement rate of desired Influencers
Gender: The gender of desired Influencers****

Brands: Brands an Influencer's audience has shown interest in via hashtags or mentions

Engagement Rate: The average number of likes and comments on an influencer's recent posts

Domain: The domain of the competitor you wish to analyze
Use Main Domain Only: Search for data on only the Domain listed (True) or search all sub-domains of the domain's website (False)

** The monthly limit is regarding each individual search and is not relative to specific accounts. All accounts have the same limits. This is because Mediarails connects via API to each of the Integration services and limits are added system-wide. For example, if you have 5 Bing integrations, you would have 5 monthly limits, one for each integration.

****Note that the gender options can reduce commercial/business listings. The "Male or Female" option searches for non-commercial accounts of either gender, as do the other options respectively. If left blank, commercial accounts might be populated in addition to independent profiles.
