CRM Column and Filter Definitions: Partners Workspace
Access - Shows whether the record has Public or Private access settings
Account Source - Source used to bring the Partner into Mediarails Network or Partner Upload
Actions - The number of actions (clicks, purchases, etc) that took place over a certain time frame
Alexa Adult Content - Shows whether a record contains adult content according to Alexa
Alexa Language - The language of a record according to Alexa
Alexa Rank - The page rank of a record according to Alexa (1 being the best)
Assigned - The team member who is assigned to a Partner
Audience Countries - Shows up to the top 5 countries of the Partner’s audience
Average Engagement - Average engagement across social media properties
Average Engagement Rate - Average rate of monthly engagement across social media
Avg. Order Size (30) - The average order amount - past 30 days
Avg. Order Size (7) - The average order amount - past 7 days
Avg. Order Size (90) - The average order amount - past 90 days
Avg. Order Size (All Time) - The average order amount - from all time
Background Info - Gives the site’s description
Blocklist Reason - The reason a blocklisted Partner was blocklisted in your network program
Blocklisted? - Identifies Partners who are blocklisted from your network program 1 = True, 0 = False
Brand - Name of the brand associated with the Partner record
Categories - Tag bucket for categories
Channel Tags - Tags to distinguish Partner channels
Clicks (30) - The number of clicks - past 30 days
Clicks (7) - The number of clicks - past 7 days
Clicks (90) - The number of clicks - past 90 days
Clicks (All Time) - The number of clicks - from all time
Click Rate* - Percentage of total clicks on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Competitors - Competitors of the brand as tagged manually or using SimilarWeb integrations
Conversion Rate (30) - The conversion rate - past 30 days
Conversion Rate (7) - The conversion rate - past 7 days
Conversion Rate (90) - The conversion rate - past 90 days
Conversion Rate (All Time) - The conversion rate - from all time
Converted At - The date a Partner was converted from a prospect in Mediarails
Country - The country a Partner is located in
Error Rate* - Percentage of total errors on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Facebook Audience - Number of followers on Facebook
Flag - Gives the flag info for a Partner record
Geographies - Tag bucket for geographies
Group Id - The ID of the group your Partner is connected to (not applicable to all Partners)
Instagram Audience - Number of followers on Instagram
Language - The language of a Partner's website(s)
Last Contact Date - The date of the last time a Partner was contacted
Last Opened Date - The date of the last time a Partner opened the message sent
Last Replied Date- The date of the last time the Partner replied
Main Topic - The main topic of the Partner record
Media Property URLs - The URLs of the record's Media Properties
Media Type - The types of sites a Partner is associated with
MoM - Month over month reporting metrics
Moz Domain Authority - The domain authority ranking according to Moz on a scale of 0-100
Moz Language - The language of a record according to Moz
Moz Spam Score - The spam score of a record according to Moz on a scale of 0-17

Network - Name of the network a Partner is on
Network Commission (30) - The amount of commissions paid to the network - past 30 days
Network Commission (7) - The amount of commissions paid to the network - past 7 days

Network Country - The country of the network

Number Of Messages Opened - The number of messages a Partner has opened
Number Of Messages Replied - The number of messages a Partner has replied to
Number Of Messages Sent - The number of messages a Partner has been sent
Opened? - Shows whether the last message sent to the Partner was opened 1 = True, 0 = False
Open Rate* - Percentage of total opens on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Order Count (30) - The number of orders - past 30 days

PayPal Email - The PayPal email address associated with a Partner for payment
Photo - Shows the image of the primary contact email on profile
Pinterest Audience - Number of followers on Pinterest
Primary Contact - The Primary Contact of a partner record. This is the contact that will be contacted primarily. If an account is connected to a network via API, the Primary Contact might be pulled in directly from the network depending on the network.
Primary Contact Bounced Email? - States whether an email to this account bounced 1=True, 0= False
Primary Contact Department - Their department within their company
Primary Contact Do Not Call/Do Not Contact - A toggle that when applied does not let anybody in the account contact that email address
Primary Contact Email - The email address that is starred as the Primary Contact for a record. This is the email address that will be contacted in an email workflow.
Primary Contact Facebook - The Facebook account of the primary contact
Primary Contact First Name - The first name of the primary contact
Primary Contact Id - The ID number of the primary contact
Primary Contact Last Name - The last name of the primary contact
Primary Contact Linkedin - The Linkedin account of the primary contact
Primary Contact Phone - The phone number associated with the Primary Contact record
Primary Contact Skype - The Skype of the Primary Contact

Prospect Source - The source of the prospect in Mediarails associated to the Partner’s record
Province Or State - The Partner’s province or state as determined by the network
Publisher Category - The category a Partner is in in-network
Publisher Commission (30) - The amount of commissions paid to the Partner - past 30 days
Publisher Commission (7) - The amount of commissions paid to the Partner - past 7 days
Publisher Commission (90) - The amount of commissions paid to the Partner - past 90 days
Publisher Commission (All Time) - The amount of commissions paid to the Partner - from all time
Publisher Company Name - The company name of a Partner
Publisher Company Type - The type of company - business or individual - according to the network
Publisher Country - The country of the Partner as listed in-network
Publisher Group - The group your Partners belong to in-network. Coupon, loyalty, etc... (not applicable to all networks)
Publisher Id - The Partner’s ID number in Mediarails
Publisher Name - The name of the publisher
Publisher Promo Method - The promotional method used by the Partner: Paid Search, Display etc..
Publisher Rating - The rating of the Partner on a scale of 1-5
Publisher Type - The type of Partner (i.e Display Network, Sub-Affiliate, Individual etc..)
Rating - Gives the rating of the record
Replied? - Shows whether the last message sent to the Partner was replied to 1 = True, 0 = False
Reply Rate* - Percentage of total replies on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Revenue (30) - The dollar amount of revenue - past 30 days
Revenue (7) - The dollar amount of revenue - past 7 days
Revenue (90) - The dollar amount of revenue - past 90 days
Revenue (All Time) - The dollar amount of revenue - from all time
Social Audience - Number of followers across all social pages on Mediarails
Stage - Stage of the Partner in Mediarails
- New - Partner was created within the last 90 days
- Active - Partner has generated click activity over the last 90 days but has not produced revenue
- Productive - Partner has generated actions or revenue over the last 90 days
- At Risk - Actions or revenue have dropped significantly over the last 30 days, compared to the metrics at 90 days
- Declined - Partner has been 'Declined','Expired','Rejected','Cancelled', or 'Suspended'
- Inactive - Partner has been completely inactive over the past 90 days
- Flagged - Partner has been flagged for Spam or Adult Content
Stage Reason - The reason a Partner is marked in a particular stage
Topics - Tag bucket for topics
Total Activities - Total number of activities a Partner is connected to
Total Audience - Sum of social audience and monthly visitors
Total Campaigns - Total number of campaigns a Partner is a part of
Total Commission (30) - The total amount of commissions paid (to publisher & network) - past 30 days
Total Commission (7) - The total amount of commissions paid (to publisher & network) - past 7 days
Total Commission (90) - The total amount of commissions paid (to publisher & network) - past 90 days
Total Commission (All Time) - The total amount of commissions paid (to publisher & network) - from all time
Total Engagement - Total engagement metric for all engagement in campaigns
Total Placements - Total number of placements a publisher has had
Twitter Audience - Number of followers on twitter
Updated At - The date of the last time the record was edited or updated
User - The name of a user
Workflow Eval Error - The error report for an email workflow error that gives the reason for the error
Workflow Exit Status - Gives the current status of a Partner in an email workflow. Stage = current stage, Exited = exited the workflow cycle by opening or replying, Completed = sent all messages of the workflow.
Workflow Id - The ID number of the email workflow
Workflow Name - The name of the workflow
Workflow Stage - The stage a Partner in on in an email workflow
Workflow Stage Id - The ID number for each stage of the workflow
WoW - Week over week reporting metrics
Youtube Audience - Number of subscribers on YouTube
YoY - Year over year reporting metrics
*Note on Newsletter/Email Workflow Percentage Ratings:
Newsletter and Workflow percentages are based off of the total number of messages sent, and NOT the total number of recipients.
For example: if you reach out to 100 prospects in a 3-stage email (initial email + 2 follow ups), you are sending a total of 300 emails. So if the Email Workflow page shows a 10% open rate, it would mean that 30 recipients opened messages out of the total 300 messages sent to those 100 prospects.
