Users
The default settings page is the Users tab. Add, Suspend or Edit account users here.
Definitions:
Name - The user's first and last name (if added)
Username - The user's account username
Email - The email address associated with the user
Last logged in - The last date the user logged into Mediarails using their login credentials
Admin - An admin has access to add or suspend users on the account
Suspended - Suspended users cannot login to Mediarails unless suspension is removed
Tag Library
The Tag Library is where you can create, edit or delete Tags of various types on this tab.
Definitions:
Tags - General Tags
Geographies - Geography tags desired for categorizing Prospects and Partners
Channels - Channel tags desired for categorizing Prospects and Partners
Categories - Category tags desired for categorizing Prospects and Partners
Topics - Topic tags desired for categorizing Prospects and Partners
Competitors - Competitor tags desired for categorizing Prospects and Partners
Tasks
The Tasks tab is where you can add categories for organizing team tasks.
Definitions:
Tasks - Tasks that can be assigned to account users for completion
Categories - Task categories for organizing various types of tasks
Prospects
The Prospects tab is where you can customize the Prospect workspace settings, including creating custom fields (list column headers) and customizing the Prospect stage bar.
Definitions:
Custom fields - add or remove various types of columns for use in the Prospects section
Stages - customize the colorful stage bar that runs across the top of the Prospects section
Sources - add, edit, or remove sources for where prospects originated from
Reject reasons - add, remove, or adjust the reasons for rejecting a prospect from the default list
Partners by brand
The Partners by brand tab is where you can customize the Partners by brand workspace settings.
Definitions:
Custom fields - add or remove various types of columns for use in the Partner by brand list view
Blocklist Reasons - Here you can Create, Edit, or Delete a reason why that record should be blocklisted from your account. This can include "Spam" or "Stuffing".
Partners
The Partners tab is where you can customize the Partners workspace settings.
Definitions:
Custom fields - add or remove various types of columns for use in the Partners list view
Custom performance fields
This tab is where you can manage any custom performance fields from your partner network integrations.
Definitions:
Custom performance fields - Mediarails custom performance fields are used to match data from your integrations to data in Mediarails. This allows us to track your custom metrics.
Compliance
The Compliance tab is where you can delete all email data or delete the entire account to be in-line with global privacy regulations. Actions on this tab CANNOT BE UNDONE.
Definitions:
Delete all email - delete all email data in the entire account including email history and all contacts
Delete account - delete the entire account permanently
Campaigns
The Campaigns tab is where you can customize settings in the Campaigns workspace.
Definitions:
Custom fields - add or remove various types of columns for use in the Campaigns list view
Stages - customize the stages of a Campaign, such as planned/started/ended
Brands
This is where users can Manage their brands. Add, delete or edit brands on the Brands tab.
Definitions:
Brand - a company's brands that are incorporated into Mediarails
Archived - Brands cannot be deleted but can be archived so they no longer show in the system
Activities
The Activities tab is where you can customize Activity settings for use in the Campaigns workspace. Activities represent the Partners participating in a certain Campaign.
Definitions:
Custom fields - add or remove various types of columns for use in the Activities section
Stages - customize the stages of Activities, such as proposal/passed/completed
