CRM Column and Filter Definitions: Prospects Workspace
Access - Shows whether the record has public or Private access - records and info you personally edit are set to private
Alexa Adult Content - Shows whether a record contains adult content according to Alexa
Alexa Category - Category defined by Alexa
Alexa Language - The language of a record according to Alexa
Alexa Rank - The page rank of a record according to Alexa (1 being the best)
Assigned - The team member who is assigned to a record
Audience Countries - A list of the top 5 countries where the website audience lives.
Average Engagement - Total engagement across social properties divided by total social media audience.
Average Engagement Rate - Total interactions across social media channels (likes, comments, shares, etc.) divided by total number of followers
Background Info - Background information from the website (site description, Can be good when looking for Keywords)
Brands - Tag brands to a prospect, Useful for agencies or multi-brand (also used to match to Partner records)
Campaign Id - An ID used in the system to uniquely identify the specific campaign a record is tied to
Categories - Tag campaigns with categories (ex: fashion)
Channels - Tag channels (ex: blog or deal)
Clicks (30) - The number of clicks - past 30 days
Clicks (7) - The number of clicks - past 7 days
Clicks (90) - The number of clicks - past 90 days
Clicks (All Time) - The number of clicks - from all time
Click Rate* - Percentage of total clicks on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Company - The name of the company a Prospect site belongs to
Competitors - Tag field used to indicate what of your competitors are working with a given Partner. This gets automatically populated by the SimilarWeb Prospecting integration
Contact Form Url - The URL that directs you to the contact form for the prospect
Converted At - The date at which the prospect was converted
Recruited Brands - The Brands where there are existing or converted Partner records that are in an Approved state or the stage that was manually selected by a user in the system. This column will include both the Converted and the Existing statuses on a brand of a prospect
Country - Country based on the prospect's contact address
Created At - Date when prospect record was created or imported
Error Rate* - Percentage of total errors on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Facebook Audience - Number of followers on Facebook
Geographies - Tag Partners with geo information. Geos can be customized in the admin section (ex: North America, APAC)
Id - The Mediarails ID for a record that is used for updating records
In Progress Brands - The Brands where users have indicated a stage outside of the New, Rejected, Existing or Converted. The In progress column covers all other statuses, even custom ones
Instagram Audience - Number of followers on Instagram
Last Contacted - The date of the last time that prospect was contacted
Last Opened Date - The date of the last time the prospect opened the message sent
Last Replied Date - The date of the last time the prospect replied
Lookbook Audience - Number of followers on Lookbook
Master Id - The Master ID of the Partner, this is used for deduplication of records, on a duplicate record you will see the ID of the original record that the duplicate is tied to
Media Property URLs - The URLs of the record's Media Properties
Media Type - The types of sites a Partner has associated to it
Monthly Visitors - The amount of viewers that visit the website every month according to Alexa
Moz Domain Authority - Search engine search ranking, normalized 100
Moz Language - Site language according to Moz
Moz Spam Score - Spam Score indicates how likely a website is to be penalized by search engines as a low value site
New Brands - The Brands where there is open opportunity to recruit, there is not an existing relationship that was found by the system, this is also possible to manually set and override the system logic
Number of Messages Opened - The count of how many messages have been tracked as opened by the recipient
Number of messages replied - The count of how many messages have been tracked as replied by the recipient
Number of Messages Sent - The count of how many messages have been tracked as sent through the system
Opened? - A true or false indication if the recipient has opened a message that was sent through the system, due to how open tracking is done this is not 100% accurate but if it exists then they did open it
Open Rate* - Percentage of total opens on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Primary Contact - The Primary Contact of a partner record. This is the contact that will be contacted primarily in automated Email Workflows.
Primary Contact Phone - Contact's primary phone number
Pinterest Audience - Number of followers on Pinterest
Primary Contact Bounced Email - States whether an email to the primary contact email bounced from previous emails sent
Primary Contact Bounced Email - States whether an email to the primary contact email bounced
Primary Contact Do Not Call - A toggle on the primary contact email, that when applied does not let you contact that contact through the tool
Primary Contact Email - Email address of the primary contact
Primary Contact Facebook - The Facebook account that is associated to the primary contact
Primary Contact First Name - The first name of the primary contact
Primary Contact Id - An ID used in the system to uniquely identify the contact record
Primary Contact Last Name - The last name of the primary contact
Primary Contact Linkedin - The LinkedIn account that is associated to the primary contact
Primary Contact Skype - The Skype account that is associated to the primary contact
Primary Contact Twitter - The Twitter account that is associated to the primary contact
Profile Image Url - A link to the profile picture of a contact
Province or State - The Province or State where the business of the record is located
Publisher Type - A field used to indicate the type of a Partner, for example “Individual”
Ratings - Way to subjectively rate Partners
Rejected Brands - The Brands where there are existing Partner records that are in a rejected state or the stage that was manually selected by a user in the system
Rejected Reason - The reason user indicated when manually rejecting the Brand for the prospect
Replied? - Indicates either true or false if an email reply has been received on a record
Reply Rate* - Percentage of total replies on a Newsletter or Email Workflow
Skype - Prospect's Skype address
Social Media Audience - Total social media reach for prospect
Source - The Source of the prospect record, this helps you understand what type of integration/method created the record
Status - Recruiting status, Can be customized in the admin console, Default stages are 1. New 2. Contacted 3. Converted 4. Rejected
Tags - Way to categorize information, User defined, Can be customized in the admin console
Title - Job title of the contact
Topics - A tag called Topics that describes the prospect, these can be auto-generated from a prospecting integration where a keyword was used
Twitter Audience - Number of followers on Twitter
Updated At - Date when a prospect record was last updated
User - Indicates the user who created the record in the system
Workflow Evaluation Error - If a record receives an error from a workflow, the error will be recorded in this field for you to reference and take action
Workflow Exit Status - If a record has exited a workflow by either Completing (by receiving all stages), Failing(error preventing the email from sending) or Exiting (by meeting the exit conditions, in most cases Replying)
Workflow Id - The unique ID assigned to the workflow in the system that the record is currently assigned to
Workflow - The name of the workflow that the record is currently assigned to
Workflow Stage - the current stage that the record is in for the workflow that is currently assigned
Youtube Audience - Number of subscribers on YouTube
*Note on Newsletter/Email Workflow Percentage Ratings:
Newsletter and Workflow percentages are based off of the total number of messages sent, and NOT the total number of recipients.
For example: if you reach out to 100 prospects in a 3-stage email (initial email + 2 follow ups), you are sending a total of 300 emails. So if the Email Workflow page shows a 10% open rate, it would mean that 30 recipients opened messages out of the total 300 messages sent to those 100 prospects.
