There are times when you run into a scenario where you want to add/reset/remove a singular record from an email workflow manually.
Maybe you decided you would like to remove one record from the workflow or maybe the recipient provided a different email address that you want to update and reset the workflow for.
Here are the Steps for Managing a Record from their Detail Page:
Select the 3 little dots in upper right corner of page, select Manage workflow membership option:
If the record is not currently in a workflow it will look like the below and you can choose to add the record to a workflow by selecting the Add to a workflow button:
From there you will see an option to select the desired workflow as shown below (make sure you select the Select workflow button before hitting the Done button:
If your record is already in a workflow you will see the below options to Reset or Remove the record from the workflow. The reset will push the record to the beginning of the workflow. The Remove workflow option will remove the record from the workflow as if it had completed and will not receive any further emails from that workflow.
