When sending emails through the Mediarails email campaigns it can be handy to include an "Unsubscribe" link in your emails that allows recipients to block future emails coming from your account.
How to add an Unsubscribe link:
When you are drafting your emails in the Email workflows under Campaigns you can choose to add the Unsubscribe link to your emails from the Insert Dynamic Field drop-down.
You can choose Unsubscribe to unsubscribe globally on your account, or choose Unsubscribe for Brand to unsubscribe at a brand-level.

What it looks like:
When your emails go out there will be a link that says "Unsubscribe" in clickable blue text.

When the recipient clicks on the link they will be redirected to another page that looks like the image below:

How to know which recipients have unsubscribed?
You will be able to see which brands a contact has unsubscribed to by looking at their Contact record on the detail page (see below):

When someone Unsubscribes it will do three things:
- It will block future emails from going out to this contact automatically
- It will toggle the "Do Not Call" option on the contact record in the Prospect record (see below video)
- If the contact record has this toggled, it will display in the list view under the column Primary Contact Do Not Call as "TRUE" so you can filter on this value to quickly see the list of these. (see below image)

How to Unsubscribe by Brand (for multi-brand accounts only)
You are also able to Unsubscribe at a brand level for Partners and Prospect Brands, which makes it so when a recipient clicks the link they are only unsubscribed from that single brand, not your entire account. *Please note that this feature is only available at the brand-level records.
Unsubscribing at the brand-level will require the same process as above. The difference is that the recipient will only be unsubscribed from one of your brands (if applicable), and not all of them.
When your emails go out the link will be a link that says "Opt Out"

When the recipient clicks on this they will be redirected to another page that looks like the following:
