It's easy to connect your email to your MediaRails account. Once you do this, you can send messages directly from our platform, and they'll show up as though they came directly from your company email address (Gmail, Microsoft Exchange).
Couple things to note for New users Connecting email for the first time:
-
Connected email cannot be an Alias or distribution List, It needs to have an actual Inbox/Outbox.
-
Make sure the connected email is not linked to another email, We have seen customers have issues connecting an email that was linked to a School / Work Email. (Email needs to be stand alone email).
Step 1: Click on the geometric profile icon at the bottom of the left sidebar and select Edit profile.

Step 2: Select the blue Connect Email button and follow the instructions in the prompt box that appears.

Once connected, you'll be able to send messages to contacts and prospects directly from Mediarails. What's more, when you select multiple Partners and send messages in bulk, they'll send as one-to-one communications - so your emails don't go to the spam folder and you get a much higher response rates.

Note for Microsoft Exchange Users:
You should usually be able to log in via Exchange using your email address and password.
If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, you'll need to generate an app password and you can use Microsoft's instructions for how to do that. If you see an error message, select the below link for more help:
