A typical Mediarails training series will consist of the completion of an online learning series to learn about partner recruitment and the optimization of current partners. Generally, the training process will start with a focus on recruiting, and then move into CRM capabilities.
Phase 1: Recruitment Training
Required: Completion of the Mediarails introductory course - Recruitment 101
Goals: Orient yourself to the Mediarails platform, build out your first recruitment list, and setup your first automated email workflow to invite prospects to join your program.
You'll learn:
- An overview of the Mediarails platform
- How to pull new prospects into Mediarails
- How to setup your first automated Recruiting Email Workflow
Phase 2: Program Optimization Training
Suggested: Completion of the Mediarails Partners 101 course - Partners 101
Goals: Learn how to manage your current partners using Mediarails and setup an optimization email campaign.
You'll learn:
- How to track the performance metrics of current partners
- How to use these metrics to identify partners at various performance levels
- How to setup an Email Workflow campaign to reach out to current partners
