What:
A key capability of Mediarails is the core CRM ability to store all your information. Mediarails not only lets you make notes, but also lets you @mention teammates (triggering an email), assign tasks (and convert notes into tasks), tracks email histories and upload documents. In addition, Mediarails lets you see all details for a Partner including performance, audience and more.
Why:
Having information about a Prospect or Partner is incredibly helpful across recruitment, activation and optimization. Tracking tasks helps ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Notes and documents are helpful in making sure you have the right information to continue the conversation and build the relationship so Partners feel like they matter.

The @ mention will trigger an email to said recipient and also add a checkbox below the comment box to turn the comment into a task. Check the box and make it a task. Save the comment.
